3. Intellectual Property
All content on the HEAD CONTROL website (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software) is the exclusive property of HEAD CONTROL, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation or republication of this content, even in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from HEAD CONTROL.
4. HeadControl Software
The HeadControl software is distributed free of charge. HEAD CONTROL reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the availability of the software at any time without notice.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. HEAD CONTROL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
5. Donations
Donations made through this website are entirely voluntary. They contribute to funding the development and maintenance of the HeadControl software.
Donations are processed by secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). HEAD CONTROL does not store any banking data.
Donations are non-refundable, except as required by law.
6. Personal Data & Privacy Policy
6.1 Website — Analytics
This website uses PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU servers) to measure audience and analyse visitor behaviour (pages visited, clicks, country, device). PostHog is configured in cookieless mode: no cookie is stored in your browser. Data is anonymised and no information enabling personal identification of a visitor is collected by HEAD CONTROL.
6.2 Website — Donations
Data collected during a donation (via Stripe or PayPal) is processed directly by these providers. HEAD CONTROL does not store any banking data.
6.3 HeadControl Software — Biometric Data
The HeadControl software processes webcam images exclusively on your device, in real time, to detect head movements and facial expressions. No image, biometric data or personal information is transmitted to any external server or third party. HeadControl does not connect to any network.
The only data retained is your preferences (sensitivity, calibration, expression assignments), stored in the Windows registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\LET EVERYONE PLAY GAMES\HeadControl. It remains on your machine and is never transmitted.
The "Generate diagnostic report" option creates a text file in your Downloads folder. This file is never sent automatically — it is only intended to be shared with support if you choose to do so.
HeadControl is built with privacy by design: data minimisation, no biometric data retention, no third-party transfers.
To delete all your data: uninstall HeadControl and remove the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\LET EVERYONE PLAY GAMES.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email.
7. Cookies
This site does not use any tracking or advertising cookies. The audience measurement tool (PostHog) is configured in cookieless mode. Only strictly necessary technical cookies for the operation of the site may be used.

The HEAD CONTROL website may contain links to third-party sites. HEAD CONTROL has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.
9. Applicable Law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
